This e-Symposium is a platform for both academicians and professionals from multi-disciplinary interests to submit their academic writing and thought inside and outside their own particular disciplines and creating a network by publishing their artefacts through the program.

Date & Venue

The International e-Symposium on Information Science and Technology 2019 (IESIST 2019) is an international symposium event that is held quarterly via digital platform. This e-Symposium is a platform for both academicians and professionals from multi-disciplinary interests to submit their academic writing and thought inside and outside their own particular disciplines and creating a network by publishing their artefacts through the program. 


The e-Symposium also provide a platform where researchers, professionals, academicians and industries to share and generate a good networking of the latest researches. Submitted e-Symposium papers will be reviewed by technical committees and appointed reviewers of the e-Symposium.

  • Date of e-Symposium: 30th August, 2019

  • Final submission deadline:16th August, 2019

  • Notification of acceptance : 23rd August, 2019

  • Final Registration Deadline: 26th August, 2019

VENUE : No attendance is required. A live feed of keynote and opt speakers will be held during the e-symposium.  


All accepted paper will be published in SCOPUS Indexed Journal.

SUBMISSION portal & Past conferences

The e-Symposium committee would like to invite authors to submit papers on the topics of interest of the e-Symposium. However, papers to be submitted in this e-Symposium must have not been presented, accepted or published elsewhere.


All submitted papers will be subjected to a strict review process. Authors are reminded to follow the formatting requirement of the paper. Please refer to IESIST 2019 SCOPUS Journal template for formatting requirements. 


Participants are required to submit their works in the following format.

  1. Article medium shall be in English, Microsoft Word format, and a full paper submission (not abstract).

  2. Minimum 4 pages per paper excluding reference lists and appendices. 

  3. Format must be in SCOPUS Journal Template.

  4. Use the submission portal to submit the paper.

Registration Terms & Conditions :

  1. Please take note that all payment are NON REFUNDABLE as per below terms. 

  2. Please be informed that all authors must follow Registration Terms and Conditions defined below. The services and these Terms and Conditions are governed by and must be construed in accordance with e-Symposium rules. ​

  3. IESIST has fully right to transfer or to change any paper/article to any other SCOPUS journal that seems fit for all e-Symposium / conferences WITHOUT author consent. IESIST 2019 only recognize organization such as Elsevier (SCOPUS) for indexing purposes.

  4. Issue of dropped or discontinued from the SCOPUS Indexed - please bear in mind once IESIST 2019 has paid to publisher and at that time the journal is still indexed in the Scopus data based and been on line for quite sometimes, then effective from any specific month the journal is no longer SCOPUS, IESIST 2019 cannot be blamed on this issue. Beside that, if during the online publication/editing process by the publisher, SCOPUS suddenly drop the journal from the list, IESIST 2019 cannot be blamed or no refund will be given since SCOPUS never mentioned in advance that there are journals under observation.

  5. Author must make sure that their article is written based on e-Symposium topics. IESIST 2019 has right to cancel any article for the journal that has not meet the submission guideline with/without Author and co-author(s) consent. If the paper required a copyright, the copyright form must be signed and submitted/uploaded together with the paper. Otherwise, we won’t entertain and accept the article even though the author has paid for the article and NO REFUND will be entertained.

  6. Each paper will only cater for One Author Registration.

  7. Access to the Publisher database is not provided by IESIST 2019. Author must use their institution subscription for the access. Author and co-author(s) has no right to ask IESIST 2019 for the copy. Hardcopy or softcopy version will never be provided by either e-Symposium UNLESS the Publisher provided it for FREE ACCESS.​

  8. All Terms and Conditions will be changed from time to time and all authors are bound to any changes WITHOUT notifying the author.
